DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING Free shipping applies to all orders placed with option 3-4 business days or $9.95 for express shipping option 1-2 business days. We do not ship outside of the US at this time. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We DO NOT accept returns due to the customization of your product. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@impressionsintime.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
